Uriah Childcare Staffing exists because of a necessity to provide childcare facilities and schools with qualified child development teachers (Subs) anytime there is a staffing emergencies such as:

• An employee calls out sick or with an illness with a family member
• An employee is out due to personal leave, vacation, family leave, or out for Jury duty.
• An employee has a professional development
• In the process of recruiting a new teacher or an assistant teacher.

Uriah Childcare Staffing understand that there is a staffing shortage and can resolve the shortage by recruiting pre-screened and experienced and qualified child development teachers (subs).

How to Apply

Uriah Childcare Staffing is always recruiting teachers and registering schools.

Prospective candidates may apply online or call 615-241-3038. Once Uriah Childcare Staffing receives your online application, we will screen and contact you to set up a virtual interview or an in-person interview and then notify you of an onboarding session.

Requirements for staff qualification:

• You must be 18 years of age to be employed and be able to pass a background check and fingerprint.
• Must have a Diploma or GED
• Transportation (prefer a personal vehicle)
• 6 months of classroom experience
• A cell phone to receive messages
• CPR/First-Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver license
• Social Security Card
• Resume (if available)
• Certificate (if available)
• Enthusiasm!!
